These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern operational text messages sent by Freightbull Inc. (“Freightbull,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Program description
Freightbull’s messaging program provides operational and informational communications concerning driver recruiting and onboarding, load assignments, pickup and delivery updates, dispatch communications, document requests, safety notices, and related transportation-service information. The program is not intended for promotional marketing.
How to opt in
You may opt in through a clearly disclosed checkbox or consent action in a Freightbull website, driver application, mobile application, or onboarding process; by providing consent in writing, by email, by telephone, or in person; or by texting an accepted opt-in keyword such as START to a Freightbull messaging number. Consent applies only to the telephone number and message program identified at the time of consent. Consent is not a condition of employment or purchase.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to recruiting activity, assigned loads, dispatch activity, document needs, safety events, and other operational circumstances. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Freightbull does not charge a separate fee for participating in the program. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and re-enrollment
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Freightbull message. After a valid opt-out request, you may receive one confirmation message and will receive no additional messages from that messaging number unless you opt in again. To resume messages, reply START or complete another valid opt-in process.

Privacy
We use and protect messaging information as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and text-message consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers that help operate the messaging program or when required by law.
Eligibility and responsibility
You must be authorized to use the mobile number enrolled in the program. Please notify Freightbull if your number changes or is reassigned. Availability may vary by carrier and device.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
