We collect information directly from you when you apply, register, communicate with us, consent to messaging, use our services, or submit documents. Operational SMS messaging
With your consent, Freightbull may send operational text messages about driver recruiting or onboarding, load assignments, pickup and delivery updates, dispatch communications, document requests, safety notices, and related service information. We maintain records of SMS consent, including the telephone number, date, method, and applicable consent language.
